Arthur and his family love their cats, but their cats didn’t love their stairs! Not liking the “scratching post” look very much, they called Tucson Carpet Repair & Cleaning to get it restored. Once we arrived we found that the stair carpet had been repaired in the same spot before. Sometimes the odor left from the prior tenants pet is enough to attract the current residents pets to the same spot. After repairing the damaged piece we recommended they spray the area with a white vinager solution to disinfect it and repel their pets from that spot.
